We are working collaboratively with Tom Rees, Resilience Transformation Partners (RTP).Tom is a former hospital CEO who is leading an inter-agency, cross sector project to build community strengths, mitigate early childhood adversity, and reduce toxic stress while simultaneously changing/improving the ways by which “services” (health, educational, mental health) are delivered and paid for. The foundational principal driving his work is that the increasing burden of this stress in children is not sustainable, either clinically or financially.
